- Have a target to how much water intake you are having- Set it and you will achieve more than half. Ask me, I would say - 10 glasses a day.
- Cut the Carbs - Totally non-negotiable. Take only 2 to3 tablespoons of rice for lunch. More vegetable curries and salad. This will increase your body protein content.
- When hungry eating salads prepared in Tupperware boxes in the fridge. You can munch in between your zoom meetings too :p
- Go for Jogs/start walking/ Join a online active class. - Body needs movement and warmups.
- You need confidence more than a coach or trainer. 👀 👀
- Avoid junk food- Say no!! 🍟🍫
- Do not compare yourself with someone else - every person is different in terms of born muscle weight, hereditary reasons, other health issues.
- Keep track of your periods every month - probably use a mobile app. Plenty available in App Store.
- Ignore people commenting on your weight, they do realise that they are saying for a reason.Body shaming is bad-mouthing. Everyone is different in there own nature , so you cant compare each other.
- Eat grilled meat - for protein ( not too much). Probably twice a week.
- Eat pomegranates- increases haemoglobin content in your body.
- Eat Vitamin tab- strictly under docter prescription or advice. vitamin E, multivitamins are healthwise considered good.
- Eat protein food - like chickpea salad , quinoa salad or upma as well. add them to the diet
- Lastly and most importantly , you need faith in yourself and patience in large quantities. 😉😁 Every process takes time and trying to do for a week and saying its not working out is very easy. Have faith in you.

How do you know when women seek attention ?
Attention is an instinct, especially for women. But men crave it more than women. She has it, gets it, and craves it. But the proportion of attention might differ, as they are different personalities.No matter how she looks, talks, walks and why not. Introvert or extrovert doesn't matter from where you belong.
Quoting Maya Angelou, "When women take care of their health they become their best friend."
The question here is "Why" they want so? But here it's not the women alone, Men too desire it, double the attention. Well, they have their ways of seeking it.
So how do you know when women crave your attention?
Few signs of it are :
- She will laugh a lot on your jokes, well not necessarily they should be funny. Pretty much anything that comes out of your big mouth.
- She will appreciate or like the sense of dressing you carry, might even give a few pieces of advice on improving it.
- She will always available in the same spot for lunch/breakfast. Always easy to find her.
- Always there to help.
- But boy, she may be jealous of you your female friends.
Men give attention and women seek attention even without saying it. What a beauty !!
Few tips for the men reading - it always doesn't mean that women seek attention, probably they were busy with heavy day work and was laughing at your jokes. So don't just force yourself in, wait till you solve the puzzle called "women" But we all know that puzzle can never be solved.
Attention, cognitively being selective upon things, including people, additions in life.
