11 Ways : How to loose weight ?

  1.  Have a target to how much water intake you are having- Set it and you will achieve more than half. Ask me, I would say - 10 glasses a day. 
  2. Cut the Carbs - Totally non-negotiable. Take only 2 to3 tablespoons of rice for lunch. More vegetable curries and salad. This will increase your body protein content.
  3. When hungry eating salads prepared in Tupperware boxes in the fridge. You can munch in between your zoom meetings too :p
  4. Go for Jogs/start walking/ Join a online active class. - Body needs movement and warmups. 
  5. You need confidence more than a coach or trainer. 👀 👀
  6. Avoid junk food- Say no!! 🍟🍫
  7. Do not compare yourself with someone else - every person is different in terms of born muscle weight, hereditary reasons, other health issues. 
  8. Keep track of your periods every month - probably use a mobile app. Plenty available in App Store. 
  9. Ignore people commenting on your weight, they do realise that they are saying for a reason.Body shaming is bad-mouthing. Everyone is different in there own nature , so you cant compare each other. 
  10. Eat grilled meat - for protein ( not too much). Probably twice a week.
  11. Eat pomegranates- increases haemoglobin content in your body.
  12.  Eat Vitamin tab- strictly under docter prescription or advice. vitamin E, multivitamins are healthwise considered good.
  13. Eat protein food - like chickpea salad , quinoa salad or upma as well. add them to the diet 
  14. Lastly and most importantly , you need faith in yourself and patience in large quantities. 😉😁 Every process takes time and trying to do for a week and saying its not working out is very easy. Have faith in you.
